Total fee: $0.00. Non-refundable deposit: $0.00 due at signing. Balance due no later than the day of the event.
DJ shall provide standard sound and lighting equipment sufficient for the event size. Client shall ensure adequate power supply and venue access.
DJ shall use professional judgment in music selection appropriate for the event. Client may provide a preferred playlist and do-not-play list in advance.
If Client requests additional performance time beyond the agreed hours, overtime shall be billed at DJ's hourly rate, payable in cash at the event.
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within thirty (30) days of the event forfeit the full fee. DJ shall use best efforts to find a replacement in case of emergency.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of ______________, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
