This IP Assignment Agreement is entered into effective ______________ between ______________ ("Company") and ______________ ("Individual").
Individual hereby irrevocably assigns to Company all right, title, and interest in and to all inventions, software, works of authorship, and other intellectual property created, conceived, or reduced to practice by Individual during and in connection with Individual's engagement with Company.
To the extent any work qualifies as a "work made for hire" under applicable copyright law, it shall be deemed a work made for hire owned by Company from creation.
