This Non-Solicitation Agreement is effective ______________ between ______________ ("Company") and ______________ ("Individual").
For 12 months following the end of Individual's engagement with Company, Individual shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or do business with any client of Company with whom Individual had material contact, for competitive purposes.
For the same period, Individual shall not recruit, hire, or induce any employee or contractor of Company to leave Company's employ.
