This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective ______________ between ______________, of ______________ (the "Disclosing Party"), and ______________, of ______________ (the "Receiving Party").
The Disclosing Party intends to disclose Confidential Information to the Receiving Party for the following purpose: ______________.
