This Social Media Management Contract is entered into effective ______________ between ______________ ("Manager") and ______________ ("Client").
Manager shall manage the Client's presence on ______________, publishing 0 posts per month. Services include: ______________.
Client shall pay Manager $0.00 per month, invoiced in advance and due within fifteen (15) days. Client shall separately fund any agreed ad spend of $0.00 per month.
Manager shall submit a content calendar for Client's approval at least five (5) business days before the start of each month. Client shall provide feedback within three (3) business days, or content will be deemed approved.
Client shall grant Manager necessary access to accounts. All account credentials shall remain confidential. Upon termination, Manager shall promptly return all access.
All content created specifically for Client belongs to Client upon full payment. Manager's templates, tools, and methodologies remain Manager's property.
Initial term: 3 months from the start date. After the initial term, either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice. Early termination by Client forfeits the current month's fee.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of ______________, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
