Dealer is authorized to sell the vehicle for no less than $0.00. Dealer shall receive a commission of 10% of the gross sale price. The balance shall be remitted to Owner within seven (7) days of sale.
The consignment period is 60 days from the start date. If unsold, Owner may retrieve the vehicle or extend the period by mutual written agreement.
Owner retains title to the vehicle until sold. Owner shall maintain insurance on the vehicle during the consignment period.
Dealer shall take reasonable care of the vehicle, display it for sale, and not use it for personal use. Dealer may not sell below the minimum price without Owner's written approval.
