I understand that volunteer activities may involve physical risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or causes of action for injury, death, or property damage arising from my volunteer service, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Organization harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses arising from claims brought by me or on my behalf.
I authorize the Organization to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any related costs.
